Experience: My entire career has been in professional sales and consulting which includes many very successful years in real estate. Referrals from satisfied clients have added a special pride to achievement. These have come to me because of my reputation as being knowledgeable in my profession, sincere, trustworthy and easy to work with. As a Principal Resource Group recruiter, it's wonderful to receive a call from someone who has been personally referred to you because they have been told what a great job you do.

People I Recruit: I recruit civil and structural engineers who really want to succeed and make a positive contribution to their profession. My candidate base is made up largely of seasoned managers and business developers with proven track records. Project managers, technical leaders, division managers and operations managers are my prime focus as are executives, principals and officers of a firm. I am looking for the individual who possesses that special ingredient that will take them up the ladder of success. In other words, I seek out the best.
