Philosophy: Simply put, I am a service provider to my clients and my candidates…with my personal interests being secondary. My goal is to be a trusted advisor to my clients, someone whose opinions are valued and who receives an audience for every candidate presentation. This is achieved by providing top-notch candidates who suit the client's current needs.

In addition, I strive to win the candidates' trust that they will be presented to premier employers who have an identified need for someone with their qualifications.

Experience: I joined Principal Resource Group in 2000 after 12 years as a marketing/sales manager of water and wastewater treatment equipment. My former responsibilities had me in daily contact with the very engineers and clients I now serve.

People I Recruit: My most common client request is for a licensed engineer with 8-10 years of focused experience in water and/or wastewater treatment, including conveyance and pumping stations. Such an engineer, with solid project management experience and good people skills, will be valuable to my clients. I am also called on to locate individuals with Water Resources/Flood Control and Environmental Science (NEPA/CEQA) backgrounds.
