Philosophy: My philosophy is based on three main qualities. The first and most important is a genuine desire to help others. There are many opportunities in the civil engineering field that candidates may not be aware of. It is a wonderful feeling to know that I am helping clients find top notch engineers and helping candidates find positions with excellent engineering firms. I also believe in being ethical, professional and always being honest. I hold myself to a high standard in all communication and actions I take. Having fun and being positive are the keys to success. I want clients and candidates to enjoy working with me and come away from every call smiling.

Experience: I graduated from Cal State Bakersfield in 2002 with a degree in History and International Relations. My original intent was to become a teacher and I took a job in sales and consulting while I was student teaching. I discovered that I have true talent for working with people and helping them achieve their goals. By working in this field for the last three years I have learned to relate to people, understand what their needs are and help them find positive solutions.
